RE:MEMBER Annual Members’ Show & Sale
2019
RE:MEMBER 2019 is our annual members’ show and sale. This exhibition-fundraiser, features 50 works in a variety of mediums for sale at a 50/50 split between the artists and the centre.
The members’ show and sale has been part of Modern Fuel since 1983, and remains its largest fundraising event. Hosting its first sale thirty-six years ago in Confederation Park, the effort has taken on multiple formats from live auction to direct sale and many venues including the Ramada Inn Walkways, The Grand Theatre, The Kingston Arts Council Office, 21A Queen Street and the Tett Centre – where we are located today. This event allows Kingston to see the contemporary art present within its community as well as celebrate the growth and development of our space, members and supporters
